Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

Asparagus, cream cheese, and meat…you can’t go wrong. Not gonna lie, the prosciutto is a pain to work with, but the results are delicious.

Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 4 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp finely minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 package of prosciutto
  • 1 bundle of asparagus
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  2. Snap ends off asparagus spears. Sprinkle with salt & pepper
  3. Add a bit of oil to a skillet and lightly cook asparagus.
  4. Cut prosciutto slices in half.
  5. Combine cream cheese and garlic with a pinch of salt & pepper.
  6. Spread each half slice of prosciutto with cream cheese.
  7. Wrap prosciutto around asparagus. You can wrap individual spears or do small bundles.
  8. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes.
  9. Enjoy.
